How much area can you print on the shirt?

Our standard print area for a shirt front is 10 inches wide by 16 inches tall and 12 inches wide by 17 inches tall on the back.  Breast pocket prints are normally 3.5 to 4 inches square.

How should I wash a screen printed shirt?

You want to machine wash your screen printed shirts inside out and in cold water, and then follow the drying instructions on the tag.

How long will a screen print last?

Your screen printed shirt should last roughly 30 to 40 washes before it starts to show signs of fading or other weathered effects.

How will a design look printed over a zipper on a hoodie?

There will be a one inch gape on each side of the zipper. 

Can a design wrap around a sleeve?

No, this is a limitation due to the way the shirts are manufactured.
 
What is screen printing?

Often called silk screen printing, this is a printing technique that uses a woven mesh as a stencil to deposit ink onto a garment.  A squeegee presses the ink through the mesh and onto the fabric.  This is done in layers on the garments to produce an image.
 
What is vinyl names and numbers ?

This is most commonly seen on the shirts and jerseys of sports teams.  Where the numbers and names are setup in vinyl, then heat pressed onto the shirt.  

Do you do embroidery?

Not currently but it will be an option in the future.

Do you ship to APO or FPO addresses?

Yes, to do so put APO or FPO in the City block, leave the country as United States, select the appropriate “Armed Forces” in the state box, and put the location code in the Zip box.  Along with the name do not forget to put the rank, unit, and unit number in the address box.  Please, understand the shipping overseas and to combat zone will extend the shipping time unpredictably. 

How can I get an order in less than 5 business days?

In most cases yes, but you may incur more than the 25% rush fee.  Please call if you’re in need of an extremely fast manufacturing and shipping time.

Can you ship my order before payment?

Not unless you’re an institution which has a purchase order account with ShirtsForAnything.com.

In what format should images be uploaded?
 .GIF or .JPG

What resolution should images/pictures be?

For best results, the resolution needs to be 300dpi.  The size of the file depends on the size of the printed graphic.

What determines the price of a shirt?

There are four factors that determine the price of a shirt. First is the type of product and size.  Second is quantity, the more you order the cheaper it is per shirt.  Third is number of sides to include sleeve prints, this has an effect on setup cost.  Fourth is the number of colors, which also effects setup cost and production time.  If you have one of our designer make your shirt then there is sometimes a fifth factor of design time. 

Can I get multiple color shirts and products with the same design and get the same quantity discount?

Yes, you just need to make this annotation in the notes section on your order and call for assistance..

Can I get multiple designs on the same product and get the same quantity discount?

No, changing the design constitutes a new order due to the production cost.

Can I reorder a design that I previously used?

Yes, to save time we ask that you have your previous order number handy but this is not necessary.

After placing an order can I add more shirts to the order?

Yes, if you add the shirts prior to the manufacturing there will be no cost to you.  If it is after your shirts have been produced you will not get the same quantity discount on those additional shirts, due to setup and manufacturing cost.  

Can I change the sizes in my order once the order has been placed?

Yes, if you change the sizes prior to the manufacturing there will be no cost to you.  If it is after your shirts have been produced you will not get the same quantity discount on those additional shirts, due to setup and manufacturing cost.  

Does ShirtsForAnything accept purchase orders?

Yes, we can do PO accounts for schools, military, some institutions, and some businesses.  Please call to see if you qualify. 

How do I retrieve a past design?

If your design is saved under your account, than you can simply recall it at anytime by logging in.  If you leave our website without saving then unfortunately your design work will be lost.

What are your customer service hours?
