What this Agreement Covers

This Agreement governs your use of the ShirtsForAnything.com website and services. Our services permit customers that have an appropriate relationship either with all other organizations, businesses, and institutions, to design and purchase custom merchandise appropriately described within that relationship. You understand that by using the ShirtsForAnything.com website and services, you have agreed to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and you agree to use the Site and services solely as provided in this Agreement.

Labor Rights and Manufacturing Policy

ShirtsForAnything.com does not support poor manufacturing labor conditions.  We rely on referrals, long term reputations, and inspections to ensure that all manufacturers maintain a high standard of care for their workers.

Payment Policies

All online payments are accepted via debit or credit card. All payments sent electronically through the website are transmitted securely using Secure Socket Layer ("SSL") technology.

ShirtsForAnything.com can accept payment via check, phone, or purchase order. For Institutions qualified to establish group accounts and utilize purchase orders may set up these payment options by contacting ShirtsForAnything.com.

ShirtsForAnything.com will begin processing orders immediately upon verification of payment.

Shipment & Delivery Policy

ShirtsForAnything ’s orders are usually delivered within 14 days. For special deadlines, please contact a Sales Representative to ensure delivery. Rush orders are guaranteed to arrive within 7 days unless during the holiday season.  Rush deliveries are an additional 25% charge on the order.

Return Policy

ShirtsForAnything.com does everything within their control to ensure that all orders are delivered on time, accurately, and are of the utmost quality. ShirtsForAnything.com will accepts returns and refund payment for the following reasons: the items themselves are materially flawed; the quality of the printing or embroidery is below reasonable expectations; or the design on the final product is different from the final design submitted by the customer.

ShirtsForAnything.com's Limits of Responsibility

ShirtsForAnything.com will be responsible for acting only on those instructions sent to ShirtsForAnything.com that are actually received and does not assume liability for malfunctions in communication services not under its control that might affect the correctness or timeliness of any order sent. ShirtsForAnything.com is not responsible for delays or losses in the transmission of orders arising out of the use of any Internet Access Service Provider or caused by any browser software, any computer virus, or related problems that may be the fault of services provided by any Internet Access Service Provider. ShirtsForAnything.com is not responsible should you give incorrect information or if your credit-card payment is denied by your credit-card company.

There is no warranty of any kind, implied, express, or statutory, to include but not limited to the warranties of non-infringement of third party rights, merchantability, title, fitness for a particular reason or freedom from computer virus, is given in combination with the information and materials.  All information, text, designs, graphics, links, and materials contained in this website are provided "as is" and "as available". ShirtsForAnything.com clearly disclaims liability for errors or omissions in the accuracy, adequacy, or completeness of the information and materials on its website.

In no event will ShirtsForAnything.com be liable for any damages, including without limitation, direct or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, losses or expenses arising in connection with this website or use thereof or inability to use by any party, or in connection with any failure of performance, error, interruption, omission, defect, computer virus or line or system failure, delay in function or transmission, even if ShirtsForAnything.com, or representatives thereof, are advised of the likelihood of such damages, losses or expenses.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold ShirtsForAnything.com and its affiliates harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs, and expenses including attorneys' fees, arising from or relating to your use of ShirtsForAnything.com's website, your violation of this Agreement, or your violation of any rights of another.  Under no circumstances shall attorney’s fees or cost be awarded to any party in any action which may arise, pursuant to the use of this website or agreement.   

Governing Law

Any course of action which may arise as a result of the use of this website or agreement shall have exclusive jurisdiction within the state of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States.   Virginia law shall apply to any and all courses of action which may arise through the uses of this website or pursuant to this agreement.
