Standard Shipping is FREE!

- A Standard Order takes roughly 12 days once your proof is approved.

- Rush Orders will be delivered within 5 days once your proof is approved but cost an extra 25% on your order.

- Super Rush Deliveries within less than 3 business days is possible, but you may incur more than the 25% rush fee.  Please call 1-866-548-1088 if you’re in need of an extremely fast delivery.

Please be assured that your items will ship out within two days of purchase on builder. If your items are ordered with design Options 1 or 2, then your order will be shipped after proof approval and purchase. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order.  The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Services (UPS) or FedEx.  Sorry but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

If you're trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:

Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.  Federal Express and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.  If you require express or 2 day shipping, please call us at 1-866-548-1088 for charges.
